Our mission is to help Christians understand how God uses their work to form them more into the image of Christ, and apply it to their lives.
We meet believers in the questions their work is raising
Work surfaces our deepest questions about identity, purpose, fear, and trust. We create space to bring those questions honestly before God, using real pressures and decisions as the starting point.
We connect it to the deeper need to know God
The questions work raises are never just about work. They point to the heart. We help people see how God is using their vocation to draw them into deeper knowledge of himself and conformity to Christ.
We help them connect to the body of the Church
Formation that stays private is incomplete. Our goal is that the people we walk with become more deeply integrated into their local church, more fruitful in community, and more alive to the Christian life.

Spiritual Direction (Beta)
One-on-one spiritual direction for Christian workers. We walk alongside you to discern how God is forming you through your work, using real decisions and pressures as the material.
Why It Matters
Most have access to coaches and advisors. Almost none have a companion who helps them see what God is doing in them through their work.
Guided Retreats (Beta)
Guided small group retreats in creation — fly fishing, hiking, golf, silent walks. Every retreat differs in form but shares one purpose: getting leaders into spaces where God's workmanship is impossible to miss.
Why It Matters
Seeing God's hands in nature makes it easier to see His hands in your own life. Thin Places make that connection in places worth showing up for.
